Terms and conditions

Bundles will be accessed through *149*99# product menu, sub-menu “Internet”. It is a product/package where customers can purchase to browse the internet. Price, Benefits and Validity are as specified in the menu or table above before purchase of bundle. Bundles will be open for both prepaid customers and Mifi customers

Other Terms for Prepaid customers

  • All prices are TAX Inclusive.
  • Bundles can be bought through both Airtime and Airtel Money.
  • Once bought, usage can be anywhere within Tanzania.
  • When Data benefits expire, customers must select to either use standard billing or buy new Data Bundle. Standard billing is Tanzanian Shillings 9.35 per MB (TAX Inclusive) will apply.
  • To know balance, customer will dial *149*99# select “Balance”.
  • Airtel Tanzania PLC reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the product at any time. In any of these events, notice will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.
