Huduma hii inawawezesha wateja wa malipo ya awali (prepaid) kuomba vifurushi pale wanapokuwa wameishiwa muda wa maongezi au vifurushi, na kurejesha watakapojaza muda wa maongezi tena.

  • Uhitaji (Eligibility): Miezi 3 kwenye mtandao
  • Kiwango cha Kukopa: Sasa unaweza kukopa vifurushi vyenye thamani hadi TSH 2000 kwa vifurushi vya kila siku na vya kila wiki.

It is simply a service where customers can request for loan on airtime or bundle to make calls, browse the internet and send SMS

Other Terms:

  • Service will only be open to all prepaid customers.
  • Service will be accessed through *149*44# product menu.
  • The user must have been on the Airtel network for at least 90 days.
  • The user is charged a 15% service fee for the loan service.
  • The service fee of 15% is collected at the time of recharge.
  • When a user requests a loan, he/she will receive airtime or bundle of the amount requested.
  • The loan repayment process happens at the time the user does an airtime recharge where the loan amount is first removed from the recharged amount and remaining balance is credited to the user's main account.
  • The loan must be repaid after 7 days. 
  • Airtel will not return case for any purchased service. All purchased bundles must be used as per key information provided in the menu.
  • Airtel Tanzania PLC reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the product at any time. In any of these events, notice will be effective immediately or as at the date referred in such notifications.
